Also have any of you read Works of Mercy by Sally Thomas-it’s a very explicitly Catholic/Christian book that also discusses the life of faith without being preachy, simplistic, or saccharine
Ah Sally Thomas has been on my to read list. My friend, who has very similar taste in literature, has been recommending her to me for a while. I keep meaning to read it as a possible selection for a modern book for the book list!
