Welcome to Reading Revisited, a place for friends to enjoy some good old-fashioned book chat while revisiting the truth, beauty, and goodness we’ve found in our favorite books.
Hello Friends,
Welcome to our newest monthly feature: The Monthly Bookshelf. We are going to keep this super simple and include links to five (or fewer) books we have been reading and thinking about that month. All the pictures have links if you feel inclined to buy any books, know you are supporting Reading Revisited by buying from those links (but seriously, always feel free to use the library and local bookstores as well)!
I try my best to find editions that I actually own or respect the publishing company. A lot of public domain books (i.e. most classics) can be published by anyone for free and they are not usually very good publications.
If you want to hear more about any of these books please hop on over to the comments!
I hope we can help you pick out your next book (but really, read The Remains of the Day with us too…we are having our first virtual book club this month via zoom so please contact me if you’d like to join for that)!

Keep revisiting the good books that enrich your life and nourish your soul.
In Case You Missed It
An Introduction to The Remains of the Day and Kazuo Ishiguro (w/ Podcast Links)
Book Drop Day (there’s a lot of posts so sit down and grab a cup of coffee and enjoy! I will post a shortened list of the books for next year soon!)
A Few Reminders
If you are wanting to get in on the in person or virtual community please contact me!
*As always, some of the links are affiliate links. If you don’t have the books yet and are planning to buy them, I appreciate you using the links. The few cents earned with each purchase you make after clicking links (at no extra cost to you) goes toward the time and effort it takes to keep Reading Revisited running and I appreciate it!
